What you can generate, what is strictly prohibited, and how we handle violations. Read before using the platform.
Drawn Desires is an 18+ AI image generation platform. We believe adults have the right to explore their fantasies privately and without judgment. This Content Policy defines the boundaries of acceptable use to keep the platform legal, safe, and operational.
By using Drawn Desires you agree to this policy in full. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.
The following content is explicitly permitted on Drawn Desires:
All forms of consensual adult sexual content featuring clearly adult fictional characters. Realistic, anime, fantasy, and fetish styles are all supported.
Bondage, dominance, submission, and fetish imagery involving adult fictional characters. All participants must be depicted as adults.
Mythological, fantastical, or supernatural adult content. Non-human characters (elves, demons, monsters) are permitted provided they are depicted as adults.
Tasteful nudity, erotic illustration, and artistic adult imagery of fictional adult characters.
The following content is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to generate prohibited content will result in immediate account suspension.
Absolutely prohibited, no exceptions. This includes fictional, animated, or AI-generated depictions. Violations are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately.
Content that depicts, glorifies, or approves of sexual violence, rape, or non-consensual acts.
Generating sexual content that realistically depicts a named or clearly identifiable real person without documented consent.
Using the platform to generate content intended to harass, intimidate, or harm a specific real person.
Any content that is illegal in the user's jurisdiction or under the laws of the country where our servers operate.
You may not generate sexual content that realistically depicts any identifiable real person — including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals — without clear documented evidence of their consent to such use.
Fictional characters inspired by real people but not directly named or identifiable may be permitted at our discretion. If you are unsure, do not generate the content.
Victims of non-consensual content generation can submit a removal request via our DMCA page or by emailing legal@drawndesires.com.
All characters in sexual contexts must be clearly and unambiguously depicted as adults (18+). If a prompt attempts to make an adult character appear younger, that prompt will be blocked and the account flagged for review.
Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions depending on severity:
For minor or first-time violations of lesser rules. Account remains active.
For serious violations. Account access suspended pending review. No refund issued.
For severe or repeated violations. Account permanently terminated. No refund. Blacklisted from future registration.
For CSAM or content that may constitute a criminal offence. Reported immediately without prior notice.

We investigate all reports and aim to respond within 48 hours.
We reserve the right to update this Content Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
